Our story
A planner, a designer and a host in one team
VaLuxe Events plans and designs weddings and celebrations across Central Florida and beyond. We care about the feeling when guests walk in, and about every detail that gets them there: the timeline, the vendors, the lighting, the last song.
Clients come to us at every stage. Some have a date and nothing else. Some have a vision board and need a team to bring it together. Either way, you get one point of contact, honest guidance on budget, and a plan you can follow.

It's a 30-minute phone call. Come ready to share your event vision, guest count, overall budget and any vendors or services you have already secured. We'll talk through how VaLuxe can help.

Central Florida and beyond: Winter Park, Orlando, Lake Mary and surrounding areas. Ask us about travel.
What kinds of events do you plan?
Weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, corporate events, holiday parties and celebrations of life.
How is pricing set?
Every event is different, so pricing is shared after your consultation call, once we know your date, guest count and the level of planning you want.

Effective October 29, 2026. This policy explains how VaLuxe Events ("we") handles your information on valuxeevents.com.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number and event details when you send an inquiry or book a consultation. Our forms, contracts and payments run through HoneyBook; we never store your full card number. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, schedule your consultation, prepare proposals and contracts, and plan your event.
Sharing
We never sell your information. We share it only as needed for your event: with HoneyBook, with vendors you choose to work with, with our sister company Kleo's Kitchen if you book catering, or when required by law.
Your choices
Contact us anytime to see, correct or delete your information.

Our services
The services on this website are a general overview. Your services, pricing, payments and policies are set out in your proposal and signed contract. Submitting an inquiry or booking a consultation does not reserve your date.
Vendors
We may recommend or coordinate outside vendors. Each vendor is responsible for its own products and services.
Event photos
We may share photos of the event designs we create in our portfolio and on social media. If you prefer we do not, just let us know.
Website
Photos, text and logos on this site belong to VaLuxe Events and may not be copied without permission. Links to HoneyBook, Instagram, Kleo's Kitchen and other sites are for convenience; their own terms apply. These terms are governed by Florida law.
